RETURNS: We will refund your account for the full price of the carrier within 14 days of purchase. If the carrier is dirty, washed, or incomplete, we reserve the right to deduct all or part of the refund.
EXCHANGES: Please Email our customer service department at shop@loopigroup.com so that we may help you determine the proper sizing for your Loopi and/or Loopix baby carrier.
